Storage and Prep

Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Suitable for home freezing Remove all packaging. Grill: Place under a preheated moderate/medium grill and cook on one side for 3 minutes. Carefully remove from grill, turn chops over and cook for a further 4 minutes. SHALLOW FRY: Add to a well-oiled frying pan and fry over a medium heat for 3 minutes on one side, carefully turn the chops and cook for a further 4 minutes. Do not reheat once cooled. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Drain well before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.
