Storage and Prep
Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Suitable for home freezing
Remove outer packaging, cook in foil at 190°C/ 375°F gas mark 5 for 65 minutes per kg, uncover, baste and roast for a further 30 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before carving.
Do not reheat once cooled. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
